Mr. Arulanantham Suresh Joachim, a Sri Lankan born Australian citizen and the Secretary General of the Universal Fund For Suffering Children (UFFORSC) has made his life's mission to save the world's childrenfrom poverty, disease and war.
Over the past 8 years, Mr. Joachim has broken an amazing World records(including
15 Guinness World Records) to bring awareness of suffering children around the world and to spread the message of Peace.
Mr. Joachim is deeply disturbed by the impact that poverty, disease and war have on children. War has increased the number of suffering children worldwide and Suresh's aim is to promote world peace and do his part to put an end to the needless suffering

his journey will begin from Jerusalem (Jesus birth place) to Canada
coving 54 countries including 88 major cities passing the torch to dignitaries in these countries. He will be covering more than
6,000 KM to raise a minimum of One Billion Dollars for his purpose.
This world peace marathon will end at 5:00 p.m. on June 24, 2010 in Mississauga, Canada taking a total of 181 days. On this day, the peace torch will be handed to the leader of the country. It will end with a huge musical concert with world famous musicians.
